indefinite pronouns
An indefinite pronoun refers to a pronoun that takes the place of a vague person or thing. Some common indefinite pronouns are all, another, any, each, everybody, few, many, none, one, and some.
A common way that indefinite pronouns are used are in things such as articles. For example:
Everyone is on their smart phone these days! (Everyone being the indefinite pronoun)
